This website offers visitors spiritual consultations, religious services, and spiritual supplies. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY
This consulting relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that you share with the Consultant of Firelight Lotus LLC and vice versa as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality. However, please be aware that the Consultant-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Consultant agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to you without the your written consent. Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Consultant’s possession prior to its being furnished by you; (b) is generally known to the public or in your industry; (c) is obtained by the Consultant from a third party, without breach of any obligation to you; (d) is independently developed by the Consultant without use of or reference to your confidential information; or (e) the Consultant is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Consultant and as a result of such disclosure the Consultant reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to you or others; and (g) involves illegal activity. You also acknowledge your continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Consultant in a timely manner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You hereby agree that in no event shall Firelight Lotus LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Firelight Lotus LLC services or goods. Firelight Lotus LLC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential liability or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in any way related to the use, or inability to use, this website's services or goods.

INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify to the fullest extent Firelight Lotus LLC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including attorneys' fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND
1. Shipping and delivery options
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 business days): $10
USPS Priority (2-3 business days, default): $12
Anything larger than USPS small/medium priority rate box (a): $25
2. Processing time
Orders in stock are processed within 5 business days excluding the weekends and holidays. The tracking number will be updated in the shipping notification once the label is created.
Orders that are NOT in stock and need to be ordered from the manufacturer are processed up to 3 weeks for the shipment to be received by Firelight Lotus LLC, then another 1 week to be shipped from Firelight Lotus LLC to you. The overall window for such an order can be 4-6 weeks before it is delivered.
3. Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing behins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
4. Returns
All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
5. Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, communication will be kept up by Firelight Lotus LLC as to updates for the order. Shipping provider delays do not fall under Firelight Lotus LLC's liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
6. Damaged Orders
Firelight Lotus LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes (unless it is an airforce/navy/army po)

RETENTION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING, CANCELLATION POLICY
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

You agree that should you cancel any booked sessions, there will be no refunds. The booking can be rescheduled according to Firelight Lotus LLC and your schedule per discussion.
WARRANTIES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
No warranties are offered for any services or goods.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS, LOGOS
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Firelight Lotus LLC.
