Terms & Conditions and No Refund Policy
1. Nature of Services
Firelight Lotus LLC provides spiritual consultations, intuitive guidance, ritual work, and energy-based services intended for personal and spiritual development. These services are not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Clients are solely responsible for decisions made following any session.
2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be permitted when possible and must work for both the Client and Provider. If a new time cannot be arranged, the session may default to email correspondence of equal value.
3. No Refund Policy
All bookings, sessions, and spiritual services are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, and dissatisfaction based on subjective experience or perceived outcomes. Spiritual services are energetic in nature and not guaranteed in outcome.
4. Limitation of Liability
Firelight Lotus LLC and its owner, Rebecca Vargas, are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in spiritual services. Sessions are subjective experiences, and no promises or guarantees of results are made.
5. Waiver & Indemnification
Clients voluntarily participate in services and assume full responsibility for personal outcomes. Clients agree to release and hold harmless Firelight Lotus LLC and Rebecca Vargas from claims, damages, or losses resulting from participation. Clients further agree to indemnify Firelight Lotus LLC for any misuse of session content.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All rituals, readings, teachings, writings, and spiritual content remain the intellectual property of Firelight Lotus LLC. Clients may not record, share, or distribute any session material without written permission. Confidentiality is honored indefinitely.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled first through good‑faith discussion and, if unresolved, mediation in Lacey, WA.
8. Client Acknowledgment
By booking or participating in any service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms, Conditions, and the No Refund Policy.
